Pilgrim’s Donation Funded Defibrillator Upgrades in Public Areas

The Hardy County CPR & Training Center is a non-profit group that supplied resources to the Hardy County community. Existing automatic external defibrillator (AED) devices were obsolete and costly to maintain, though they had been credited with saving four lives. A Pilgrim’s gift upgraded 40 AEDs in public places and buildings, including county parks, golf courses, and other facilities that frequently host public gatherings.
