JBS USA Gift Helped Cache County School District to Continue Offering After-School Programs

A $345,000 gift from JBS USA funded two teachers and two para-professionals for three schools—Lincoln Elementary, Canyon Elementary, and Nibley Elementary—for three years each, enabling the district to continue offering after-school programs that built on educational skills. The programs also gave Cache Valley youth a safe, supervised place to spend time while their parents worked. Additionally, the JBS USA funds covered additional costs associated with running the programs, such as healthy snacks and supplies for students and staff.
